Hinda Petroff   

                 
                

 

Hinda Petroff has been painting for many years. After retiring from a thirty-year teaching career, she continued to paint as one of her favorite activities. She studied watercolors with the well-known artists Jill Siegal, Bihla Morgan and Jean Rodack. She also studied Chinese Brush Painting with Bitty Li, an accomplished teacher from China.

Hinda, born in 1933 in Northern Ontario, now lives in Toronto, Canada, near most of her large family, which includes eighteen grandchildren. She is a member of the North York Visual Artists and her works are on display in various locations in Canada, the United States, Australia and England.
