Toronto born and educated
from Grade School through University, Sue's interest at that time leaned
toward raising a family and being an active participant in sports.
A five year sojourn in Europe, in the 1960s, brought
exposure to art in all its forms and a new interest began to emerge. Many
years later, after retiring from the work force, an artist friend and
teacher convinced Sue to take up painting.
Since the mid 1990s, she has attended workshops
with well-known artists to help improve her skills in different media. Sue
has exhibited in many juried shows and has some works in private
collections.
Sue is a member of the Willowdale Group of Artists,
the Toronto Watercolour Society and NYVA.
