Esam Jlilate
"from Damas to Granada" :

Esam Jlilati is a visual
artist and designer, who have become widely recognized through local and
international journals and magazines. His artworks have been sold in Europe,
North America, Middle East and Australia. He has delivered lectures and
wrote reportages about art technique and history in Germany, Middle East and
Canada.
Most of his paintings are a
mixture of realistic and expressionist art which makes it very obvious that
he is in love with the old Islamic Architecture. Some of his paintings are
detail to the point of being almost microscopic and has tremendous
photorealism.
His artworks show real subjects and elements that were taken from the real
world and nature but changed by his own emotional feeling to give the
painting a story or a meaning that he wants to deliver to the people without
words.
