          After many years absence -- years spent studying and practicing art making, taking part in the great paper-chase of academia, and getting gloriously lost on unexpected detours  while exploring and traveling throughout North America -- I have returned to Toronto to begin again, putting down in colour, tone and line the stories I have been living and those I have heard. The places, the colours and the beings that have crossed my path in Northern Ontario, the Prairies, the Delta, the Blue Mountains, the Okanagan  and places beyond are working their way out of sketch-books, photos and memory onto canvas and paper.
